Return Policy
For products deemed faulty, customers must provide proof of the issue to contact@kiwinx.co.nz. Once the returned item is received, our team will conduct a thorough inspection. Notification of approval or denial of the return will be sent to the provided email address. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please be aware that we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.
Return Application Deadline
Requests for returns must be made within 2 days of receiving the item(s). Items must be in perfect condition for a return to be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty. Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery by emailing “contact@kiwinx.co.nz”. After this period, refunds and returns cannot be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
If the product is faulty, Kiwinx will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for these costs.
Refund Processing Time
Full refunds are issued once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet the return conditions. Normally, it takes 3 to 5 working days for the refunded money to be credited to the customer's bank account, depending on their bank's processing times. The sooner you return the items, the quicker you will receive your refund.
